Darrin Gugala - Broker- NC
My work ethic development started at age 11 delivering papers and mowing lawns in a small Indiana town allowing me to pay my way through college. Although my degree is in engineering, I spent most of my professional career in operations management and quality control. I earned my MBA at DePaul University, Chicago, in 2015 in pursuit of a new career. My passion for real estate lead to the transition from manufacturing plant to mobile office which allows me to work with a lot of interesting people. The skills developed over my career including organization, attention to detail, negotiations, process optimization and data backed decision making creates a unique and supportive real estate experience guiding clients through each step of the process and monitoring the quickly changing market data to make informed decisions to close the deal.
On a personal note, our household revolves around our dog. She accompanies us on long walks, visits to various parks, and the occasional dog friendly restaurant. As a registered therapy dog, we volunteer weekly at the Ronald McDonald House-Charlotte and various retirement communities. She brings so much love to our family, we felt it had to be shared!
